OUR SERIES OF CHANGE
SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE is a recent project led by DSG Business Consulting. The project aims to guide organizations through a series of six steps towards achieving their desired transformational change. DSG Business Consulting brings years of expertise in organizational change management to help businesses successfully navigate this process
ANALYZE OPERATIONS AND PERSONNEL
Introducing the Analyze Operations and Personnel project, the initial phase of the SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE, is aimed at improving the overall operations, processes, and management of businesses. This phase involves examining individual departments and interviewing personnel to identify areas where employee development processes can be improved to support business goals and help the organization run more efficiently. The question to be asked is "Where is improvement needed?". Depending on the organization, this can be focused on one department or entire organizational entity. Diagnosis requires data. The collection of data requires a holistic approach. One process can have far reaching tentacles to multiple other processes and departments. Once data is collected the analysis and method requires a scientific objective approach. This approach allows the data to tell its own story.
ADVISE AND GUIDE LEADERS
The ADVISE AND GUIDE LEADERS is the second phase of the SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE, an essential step which includes a design and development of a set of solutions or one specific solution to address the diagnosed problem. DSG Business Consulting provides comprehensive advice and guidance to executives, Human Resource departments, and managers. With a focus on improving efficiency, driving revenue growth, and retaining talented employees through development programs, this project presents innovative ideas to leaders and teams to convince them of the benefits of a particular course of action.
TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON NEW METHODS
TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON NEW METHODS serves as the fourth stage of SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE, aiming at introducing new methodologies and training staff and departments to improve their skills. The project works closely with employees and offers both group training sessions and one-on-one training to ensure that employees are properly trained. Additionally, Human Resource professionals are trained to conduct regular training and development sessions.
SUPPORT HIRING EFFORTS
SUPPORT HIRING EFFORTS is the third phase of the SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE that aims to assist businesses with interviewing and hiring candidates for key positions. This project works with Human Resources departments or leaders to create or identify positions that fit into new plans for organizational development change, providing direct input on candidates, and even sitting in on interviews. Its goal is to ensure that businesses have the best possible candidates for their key positions, ultimately leading to greater success and growth.
GUIDE RESTRUCTURING ACTIVITIES
The GUIDE RESTRUCTURING ACTIVITIES project is the fifth stage of the SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE. This initiative aims at helping businesses increase efficiency and align department activities with overall business goals. This project takes an active role in restructuring departments or changing the way they utilize personnel. It also helps determine how clients can best allocate resources and personnel, employing methods to increase cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
MANAGE IMPACT OF NEW PROGRAMS AND EFFORTS
To MANAGE IMPACT OF NEW PROGRAMS AND EFFORTS is the final phase of the SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE that is designed to help businesses assess the effectiveness of their new programs and efforts. This project includes follow-up visits and meetings with clients to measure the impact of changes on various aspects of the business such as performance, efficiency, employee retention and satisfaction, and overall business goals. If certain elements are not working, further advice and guidance will be provided to ensure the success of the program.
